Sheela did an excellent job selling our parents house after they had gone into an assisted living situation. She went above and beyond in helping us divest the house of unneeded belongings and getting it in shape to sell. There were differed maintenance issues that she found repair and cleaning people for us. She also scheduled and met with these people to get the jobs done. Sheela also made many calls in coordinating on different issues with the HOA. This was a blessing because most of the children lived out of state! I would highly recommend working with Sheela if you are looking for someone who is willing to work hard to get the house sold and keep you informed!
